All items listed on this website are new unless advertised differently.

All items remain the property of Carbon RC Parts until paid for.


Data Privacy

Payments are processed by our payment processor PayPal, who are fully PciDss compliant. We do not receive nor retain your credit card data. We only receive the data you provide us with the sole intention of processing your order and delivering your goods. As such we may and will pass your delivery details on to our third party suppliers, some of which may be outside of the UK. Information passed to our third party suppliers shall be limited to your name, delivery address, and where necessary, your phone number.


Orders placed.

Orders placed on our website are only deemed to be accepted once we have determined stock availability and shipping availability and have placed your order as shipped, until this time we shall hold your order as processing. 


Delivery of goods 

Orders are normally processed in the order they are received, and we aim to process your order within one business day. Occassionally where we obtain items direct from our suppliers, we may have to wait until they can answer the questions and process the orders. this is out of our control. 

Goods may be sourced from a number of our suppliers and may be delivered direct to you. Where possible we advise if items are in stock with us, or in stock with our suppliers. If there is to be any unexpected delay we shall attempt to advise you by email as soon as we know ourselves.

Our delivery timescales for the UK are expected to be 3-5 days from order - they may be quicker. We use a variety of delivery agents from parcel force through to Hermes. where we have tracking information available we will advise this on your order.  Delivery from our suppliers is normally 10-14 days, we normally do have tracking with these orders and will update your order with these details as soon as we have them. Occasionally our suppliers will be out of stock and this may impact on the delivery timescales. 

Orders must be given sufficient time to be delivered. If we have tracking information for your order then this obviously makes it easier. Experience has shown us that orders can arrive out of time even though they were sent well within the timescale for delivery targets to be met. Therefore orders will have to be considered lost by the courier before we can process replacements or refunds. We will process missing items as soon as possible,


Delivered orders.

Items damaged in transit will be processed as soon as we have evidence of the damage. we may ask for items to be returned, we may ask for items to be photographed to evidence the damage. As the majority of our products are carbon fibre parts it is highly unlikely they will be damaged in transit - we do however take care to package items carefully.

Whilst rare it is always possible that there may be an error in your order. if it is our mistake then we shall correct that mistake as best as possible. most likely we shall pay for return postage and send a replacement. We do ask that you print out the returns label.

If you have accidentally ordered an item in error, then all is not lost. just return the item to us in the condition that it was sent to you in and we shall process a return and refund or replacement with an adjustment payment either way to amend the order value. return postage will be your responsibility as will the delivery of the correct item.


Website Items  

Occasionally there may be an error on our website. if there is then we shall advise as soon as we are aware of the error and advise what will be necessary to put the issue correct. Should a product no longer be available then we may provide an alternative similar product but we will always advise of this. Occasionally our supplier may decide to pull a product from their stock, in this case we shall advise accordingly. Stock may not always be available from the UK, in which case we will ship this via the most cost effective methods possible.


Orders are placed under the standard distance selling terms and the terms of this website. you will have a opportunity to accept these terms and conditions before proceeding with your order. Placement of an order is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
