Once any additional shipping has been paid your order will be shipped by the most expedient method at a reasonable cost. Estimated delivery times can be advised on request.
Additional payment can be made via the following methods:

Faulty Items.
All items are checked and tested by us or the manufacturer before being shipped. In the unlikely event that your order should arrive and you feel it to be faulty please contact us. Sometimes a simple explanation can resolve many issues.
Should an item be found to be faulty at the time of delivery then it will be replaced at our cost including shipping. The faulty item will need to be returned to us for warranty replacement and once tested and confirmed the cost of the return shipping will be refunded on the original order value. Should a returned item be found not to be faulty then the customer will be expected to pay for the replacement item and all shipping costs.
Due to the nature of many of our products their failure in normal use is highly unlikely. Although designed to be used in an aeromodelling environment many of the items live a harsh life under high stresses of heat and physical force and therefore this should be taken into account when considering an in service item failure.
