At Carbon RC Parts, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in providing high-quality custom carbon fiber components and RC accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Custom-made or personalized parts (e.g., parts cut to your specifications or design) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-custom, standard-stock items may be returned for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return

Contact us via this form, or give us a call to discuss with your order number and a brief description of your issue.

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, securely pack your item and ship it to the address provided.

After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or part and would like an exchange (for non-custom items), please contact us via Contact Us. We’ll assist you in arranging the return and sending out the correct item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs

Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item): Carbon RC Parts covers all return shipping costs.

Customer reason (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use
